  • Rude, obscene or abusive language and/or threatened, actual physical restraint and/or abuse of another River City Days member, staff or general public are prohibited.

  • Artists must have a Minnesota Tax ID number and submit a completed Minnesota ST-19 form to the Chaska River City Days.
  • Vendors are responsible for the collection, reporting and payment of all taxes.
  • Exhibitors must provide their own tent. Space allows for a 10′ x 10′ or 20′ x 10′ tent
  • This is an outdoor event, weather can be inclement, so plan accordingly
  • Weighted tents of 35+ lbs per leg are required and booth inspections by the Chaska Fire Department are mandatory. More information will be sent upon acceptance.
  • It is required that booths stay in place and are manned by the exhibitor for the entirety of posted hours. Exhibitors who break down displays or depart before closing time jeopardize participation in future Chaska River City Days events.
  • If your booth generates trash, you are responsible to clean and remove the trash from your area. Dumpsters for recyclables, organics and non-recyclables are located nearby. A member of our recycling team will meet with each Food vendor to assess your needs.

Additional Food Vendor Requirements:

  • According to Minnesota Law all food vendors must apply for a Seasonal Temporary Food Stand (STF) permit through the MN  Department of Health.  Phone:  651-201-4500.    Email:  www.health.state.mn.us Applications and fees should be submitted early.  The process may take up to two weeks and the license may be granted 14 days before the event.  Some food items may need to be licensed through the Department of Agriculture.   The MN Department of Health will inform the vendor what to do if that is the case.
  • If your booth generates trash, you are responsible to clean and remove the trash from your area. Dumpsters for recyclables, organics and non-recyclables are located nearby.  A member of our recycling team will meet with each Food vendor to assess your needs.
  • Only one circuit is guaranteed; however, we will try to honor as many additional requests as possible on a first come basis. Be accurate on the power requirements you need! Vendors must supply their own electrical cords and power.
  • PLEASE PURCHASE RECYCLABLE or COMPOSTABLE PLATES, ETC. (See Vendor Letter)
  • This year to bring Chaska River City Days back to our mission we are requiring all food trucks to partner with a nonprofit to donate part of your proceeds. If you are not already affiliated with a non-profit, we will provide you information with local nonprofits.

TENT REQUIREMENTS:

Tents must be assembled and securely weighted by 2pm Friday for Fire Marshall inspection. Each tent must be secured with 35lb weights on each leg (NO BUNJEE CORDS ALLOWED).
