Chaska River City Days would like to thank the Chaska Lions Club for their continued support of our Mission! Make sure to stop by their tent and grab a beverage! This year they will be selling beer provided by @Schram Haus Brewery, Coors Light, and Seltzers! Do you have an interest in being apart of an amazing organization that gives back to its community? We ask you all to please send healing thoughts and prayers for our Treasure and Entertainment chair member Don Hall. Yesterday he had a seizure that causes him to fall and break multiple bones. He is currently in the hospital getting care. We wish him a quick recovery. -

Chis yes there is a waitlist you can email our crafter coordinator at info@chaskarivercitydays.org. we are allowing crafters to stay open until 10 but is it only required to stay open until dusk. The event closes on Sunday between 4pm and 5pm.6 days ago Chaska River City Days
Matt, our event is rain or shine which is posted in our registration. We have been super lucky with weather and have not had many events that were rained out or had weather issues. We had our registration open until it was full. We sent emails out to all previous vendors that we had contact information for back prior to opening our registration letting them know that the registration would be opening soon and where to register at. If you did not receive an email please send us your contact information as some information was lost when leadership was handed over. We have to be able to close our registration a few weeks prior to the even so that we are able to create maps, lists for our volunteers to assist attendees find where they are going, post a list of vendors online and on our Facebook events (this has not happened in the past but is one of our new goals this year) and provide full instructions to all of our vendors prior to the event. There is tons of coordination that goes on behind the scenes that we have to have enough time for our volunteers to put together. While all of this may not have happened in the past we are working to make our event more organized and less of a time consumption for all of our amazing volunteers. If you are a previous vendor that has been at Chaska River CIty Days and were unable to get in prior to our registration filling up please reach out to us we are doing everything that we can to accommodate but do have limited space to work with. Thank you for providing your thoughts and feedback we greatly appreciate all of it!6 days ago Matt Miller
Chaska River City Days I checked and the last email we received was our placement in 2021.
Yes YOUR EVENT may be held rain or shine but that doesn’t mean ALL vendors are able to set up in the rain it also means that the foot traffic isn’t what it would be on a sunny day. We still come back year after year. Not trying to sound rude. It just sucks when is vendors see specific dates that we have to register by for events we’ve been doing for years only to see it be filled weeks before and not even get a chance.1 week ago Chris Dee 1
Wow I did not see this until just now about all of the craft and vendor spaces being full. Where will a waitlist be posted? Also a question regarding the vendor schedule. I noticed that it said vendors times on Saturday and Sundays were 10 AM to 10 PM. Have the hours been extended on Sunday? I thought that vendors closed their tents by 6 or 7 PM in the past. I am surprised that there would be demand for availability that late at night (10pm) on a Sunday. Thanks!
You might want to reach out to fairsandfestivals.net. They are listing the event dates incorrectly on their website.
Chris Dee thank you for the notice I did reach out to them previously but will again.
