Chaska River City Days Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement Overview:
By entering into a sponsorship agreement with Chaska River City Days, the Sponsor agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Sponsorship Benefits:
Chaska River City Days agrees to provide the Sponsor with the benefits as outlined in the sponsorship agreement, which may include but are not limited to brand visibility, promotional opportunities, and recognition.
3. Social Media Engagement:
a. Social Media Posts:
i. The Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that Chaska River City Days may feature the Sponsor's brand on official event social media channels.
ii. The Sponsor grants Chaska River City Days the right to create and share posts, including images and captions related to the sponsorship, on social media platforms.
b. Tagging and Mentions:
i. Chaska River City Days agrees to tag and mention the Sponsor appropriately in social media posts related to the event.
ii. The Sponsor is encouraged to share, repost, and engage with Chaska River City Days' social media content.
c. Content Approval:
i. Chaska River City Days will seek approval from the Sponsor for any social media content featuring the Sponsor before publishing, whenever feasible.
ii. The Sponsor must provide timely approval or communicate any necessary revisions.
4. Sponsor's Social Media Activities:
a. The Sponsor is permitted to promote its association with Chaska River City Days on its own social media channels.
b. The Sponsor agrees not to engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of Chaska River City Days or the event.
5. Logo Usage:
a. Chaska River City Days grants the Sponsor a limited, non-exclusive right to use event logos for promotional purposes in connection with the sponsorship.
b. Any use of logos must be in accordance with the event's branding guidelines.
6. Termination:
Either party may terminate the sponsorship agreement for a material breach of these terms and conditions, with written notice.
7. Confidentiality:
Any confidential information shared between the parties during the sponsorship arrangement shall be kept confidential.
8. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota.
