Art and Craft Fair Rules and Application
Chaska River City Days Arts and Crafts Fair
Chaska River City Days includes bands, concerts, a variety of entertainment, food, business expo, games and much more!
Chaska River City Days will be celebrated July 28, 29, and 30th, 2023 at Lion’s Park in Chaska, 1300 Crosstown Blvd. You are invited to display and sell your work on July 28-July 29, (Sunday July 30th is optional). Times are 4:00-10pm on Friday, 10 am-10 pm on Saturday, Sunday is optional. Set up any time after 9am on any day.
We strongly prefer you register and pay online via link!! You can register for booth space filling out the application form Before July 7, 2023. Booth space size options and prices are listed on this registration form.
Register now, as space is limited. Cancellations without penalty will be accepted through July 7, 2023. Cancellations after July 8 through July 15 will incur a $25.00 Handling Fee for cancellations.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER FRIDAY, JULY 15, 2023
Entry Fee will be refunded if your application is not accepted.
Entry Fee is $150.00-per 10×10 space. No half spaces
Entry Fee after July 15, 2023 is $175.00 -if space available
RULES FOR PARTICIPATION
All work must be handcrafted by exhibitor. Copies, kits, molds, or prefabricated work will not be accepted. No items can be sold which have not been accepted into the Art & Craft Fair. The Chaska River City Days Committee has the right to refuse any product into the show and has the right to ask any vendor to leave if not selling wares that were presented. This is a juried show. If a question comes up about handcrafting, a photo of product in process may be requested.
EVENT HELD RAIN OR SHINE
Each participant is responsible for providing and assembling their own display. There will be only one exhibitor per space. No space sharing allowed. You may keep your booth open later than the stated time on Friday and Saturday. However, you may close your booth at your own discretion.
Tents, tables, chairs, etc are NOT provided. Vendor must supply all items for personal use.
Each participant will be assigned a booth number which will be forwarded to you, along with a map of the art fair booths, approximately one week prior to the event. Your space will be marked for easy location on Friday afternoon.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST CHECK IN AT THE RCD Tent PRIOR TO SET-UP, TO VERIFY BOOTH SPACE NUMBER AND LOCATION.
It is your responsibility to be ready by 4:00 on Friday or by 10:00 on Saturday.
You also must clean up your booth area before leaving. After unloading your merchandise and booth equipment, exhibitors are asked to park their cars away from Lion’s Park.
